Advanced college & employer cohort

Applied AI in Cybersecurity

Use AI to support defensive triage, synthetic-log analysis, remediation planning and incident-response exercises. Practice with fictional data and authorized, isolated labs.

Who it is for

Adult defensive cybersecurity learners; college and employer cohorts of up to 15 adults

Starting point

An adult course using AI to support defensive cybersecurity work. Readiness and authorized lab access are agreed before scheduling.

Format

Suggested format: a seven- or fifteen-week live online course via Google Meet for a cohort of up to 15 adults. One two-hour class weekly, or two one-hour sessions by agreement, provides 14 or 30 total live hours. Preparation, digital materials, feedback and capstone review are defined in the proposal. National and out-of-state delivery is virtual; Arizona on-site delivery can be separately scoped. Request a quote for your cohort. Dates, format, deliverables and fees are agreed before booking.

What you will practice

  1. Support defensive triage and synthetic-log analysis.
  2. Practice remediation planning and incident-response exercises.
  3. Use fictional data, human review and authorized, isolated labs for a scoped capstone.

Examples, pacing and learning checks are tailored to the audience. Tools, accounts and any paid feature requirements are agreed before booking. Instruction is provided independently by Wire Hold.

01 / Syllabus

Inside the course

A proposed outline for planning your class. Examples and depth are tailored to the audience; the final syllabus is agreed with the host.

  1. Module 01

    Defensive triage and synthetic-log analysis

Use AI to support defensive triage and synthetic-log analysis with human review.

    In practice

Review fictional data and explain the evidence needed before acting on an output.

  2. Module 02

    Remediation planning

Practice AI-supported remediation planning in authorized, isolated labs.

    In practice

Review an agreed remediation plan and its assumptions within the isolated exercise.

  3. Module 03

    Incident-response exercises and capstone

Work through incident-response exercises and a scoped capstone using fictional data and authorized, isolated labs.

    In practice

Explain the defensive response, human review and limits of the exercise.

02 / Format & pacing

Make room for practice

Suggested format: a seven- or fifteen-week live online course via Google Meet for a cohort of up to 15 adults. One two-hour class weekly, or two one-hour sessions by agreement, provides 14 or 30 total live hours. Preparation, digital materials, feedback and capstone review are defined in the proposal. National and out-of-state delivery is virtual; Arizona on-site delivery can be separately scoped. Request a quote for your cohort. Dates, format, deliverables and fees are agreed before booking.

Timings are suggested lesson plans, not confirmed availability or fixed delivery commitments. Group size, access needs, breaks and prior experience shape the final schedule.

03 / Takeaways

Keep learning after class

  • Defensive triage, synthetic-log analysis, remediation planning and incident-response practice.
  • Digital participant materials and a capstone project within the agreed scope.

Practice work uses fictional, public or approved material. Sample records and projects illustrate the method; they are not client results.

04 / Learning check

Show what you can do

Explain the evidence, review steps and limits of a defensive exercise and capstone. No live target testing or unrestricted lab activity is included.

Learning checks guide feedback and next steps. Completion does not imply vendor certification, accreditation or academic credit.

05 / Preparation

Plan a class that works for everyone

  • Agree on dates, learner readiness, accessibility arrangements and engagement terms before scheduling.
  • Coordinate Google Meet, device and account requirements before booking. Any required tool access is agreed with the host.
  • Feedback and capstone review are limited to the agreed scope. Recording and institutional curriculum reuse are not included by default.
  • No academic credit, CEUs, certification, accreditation, earnings or skill mastery are implied or guaranteed.

Before booking, we confirm the audience, learning goals, format, materials, instructor requirements and fee. Tool subscriptions or other third-party costs are identified separately when relevant.

06 / Questions

Before you book

Can the weekly class be split?

Yes, by agreement: two one-hour sessions instead of one two-hour class. Total live instruction remains 14 hours for seven weeks or 30 hours for fifteen weeks.

Can we arrange Arizona on-site delivery?

Arizona on-site delivery requires a separate scope and quote. National and out-of-state delivery is virtual. Travel inclusion is not assumed.

What should a cohort inquiry include?

Tell us the course, seven- or fifteen-week preference, cohort size, learner readiness, dates and accessibility needs so we can agree on scope and terms.

Bring this class to your audience.

Tell us who the work is for, what you want to improve and your preferred timing. We will confirm fit and provide a scope-based quote, with deliverables, schedule and fees agreed before work begins.
