Build and adopt a useful workflow

AI Enablement

Design, implement and hand over an AI-assisted workflow around a concrete business need.

Scope an AI workflow

Quoted to scope. Deliverables, schedule and fees are agreed before work begins.

What we can deliver

  1. An agreed workflow design, access boundaries and evaluation criteria.
  2. Implementation using approved tools and appropriate test data.
  3. Testing for output quality, sensitive-data handling and failure cases.
  4. Human approval steps, staff training and operating documentation.

The final scope, access requirements, schedule and included handoff are agreed for your engagement.

01 / Fit

When this is a useful next step

  • You have a specific drafting, summarizing, knowledge or document-handling task and an accountable owner.
  • Source material can be approved for the selected tools and people are available to review outputs.
  • You want a working pilot with evidence of its limits and a practical handoff.

02 / Delivery

How the work unfolds

  1. Define the task and boundaries

Agree on inputs, expected outputs, authorized information sources and decisions that remain with a person. Choose representative cases and a quality rubric.

  2. Build in a controlled setting

Configure the workflow with approved tools and test information. Add source references, validation and approval steps where the task requires them.

  3. Evaluate useful and difficult cases

Compare outputs with the agreed rubric. Check unsupported claims, missing information, sensitive-data handling and behavior when the tool or source is unavailable.

  4. Review adoption and operation

Run a supervised walkthrough with users, resolve agreed issues and document operation. Decide together whether to adopt, revise or stop the pilot.

We agree on the scope, responsibilities, schedule and completion criteria before starting. These steps are adapted to that agreement.

03 / Handoff

What you can put to use

  • Workflow design and implementation

A defined task, source and access boundaries, instructions or integrations, and human review checkpoints.

  • Evaluation record

Sample cases, expected behavior, observed limitations and results against the agreed acceptance criteria.

  • User and operating guides

How to use the workflow, check the result, handle exceptions and maintain the agreed configuration.

Your proposal identifies the included outputs, their format and the review or handoff session. Further implementation or support is agreed separately.

04 / Preparation

What we need from you

  • Name a process owner and representative users who can judge useful output.
  • Provide approved sample documents, source permissions and access to the agreed tools.
  • Identify decisions that cannot be automated and any required information-retention or handling rules.

Scope boundaries

The statement of work names the workflow, environments, integrations and rollout included. Production changes require explicit authorization. Model or software fees, continuing monitoring and later improvements are agreed separately; output accuracy and savings are evaluated rather than guaranteed.

05 / Illustrative scope

What an engagement could look like

This is a planning example, not a client result or a promise of outcomes.

  • Starting situation

Staff assemble client briefings from a set of approved documents.

  • Agreed work

Create a drafting workflow that cites the supplied material, flags missing inputs and requires a reviewer before the briefing leaves the team.

  • Useful handoff

A pilot, evaluation cases, limitations and a repeatable review checklist. All example material is illustrative.

06 / Questions

Before you inquire

Can we use our existing AI subscription?

If its features, access controls and information permissions fit the workflow, yes. We verify those requirements before selecting the implementation approach.

How do we know the pilot is ready?

You review representative results against agreed criteria, including failure handling and reviewer effort. The final decision may be adoption, another iteration or stopping the pilot.
