Maintain and improve what is in place

Ongoing IT & AI Support

Keep a defined set of systems and workflows usable through planned reviews, troubleshooting, documentation and small improvements.

Discuss ongoing support

Quoted to scope. Deliverables, schedule and fees are agreed before work begins.

Who it is for

Organizations that need an agreed support cadence for their business tools, integrations or AI workflows

What we can deliver

  1. A support plan naming the covered systems, contacts, availability and escalation process.
  2. Agreed operational reviews, troubleshooting and maintenance work.
  3. Prioritized improvements and records of changes, open issues and decisions.
  4. Updated operating instructions and team guidance where included.

The final scope, access requirements, schedule and included handoff are agreed for your engagement.

01 / Fit

When this is a useful next step

  • You need regular attention for a defined set of business systems or AI workflows.
  • Your team wants a point of contact for agreed troubleshooting and small improvements.
  • Documentation and operating practices need to keep pace with changes.

02 / Delivery

How the work unfolds

  1. Define coverage

Agree on the systems covered, contacts, access, support hours, priorities and how requests will be handled.

  2. Establish a baseline

Review the current setup, known issues and existing runbooks. Record responsibilities and dependencies on other vendors.

  3. Work through the cadence

Carry out the agreed reviews, maintenance and troubleshooting. Obtain approval for changes and document work and unresolved issues.

  4. Review and adjust

Review the support record and improvement priorities with the owner. Agree separately on changes that fall outside the current scope.

We agree on the scope, responsibilities, schedule and completion criteria before starting. These steps are adapted to that agreement.

03 / Handoff

What you can put to use

  • Support plan

Covered systems, availability, request and escalation paths, and client responsibilities.

  • Issue and change record

The work completed, open issues, decisions and recommended improvements.

  • Current operating guidance

Updated documentation and agreed team walkthroughs for changes to the supported setup.

Your proposal identifies the included outputs, their format and the review or handoff session. Further implementation or support is agreed separately.

04 / Preparation

What we need from you

  • List the systems and workflows you want supported.
  • Share existing documentation, known issues and current vendor support arrangements.
  • Name an owner to approve priorities and changes, and describe the coverage your team needs.

Scope boundaries

Availability, response expectations, covered work and fees are defined in the support agreement. This does not imply 24/7 monitoring, an emergency response service or unlimited help-desk coverage. New projects, major upgrades, subscriptions and third-party support are separately scoped unless included.

05 / Illustrative scope

What an engagement could look like

This is a planning example, not a client result or a promise of outcomes.

  • Starting situation

A small team has a useful integration but needs help reviewing errors and keeping instructions current.

  • Agreed work

Agree on a review cadence, request process and included troubleshooting for the named workflow.

  • Useful handoff

An ongoing record of checks, fixes, open issues and updated operating instructions.

06 / Questions

Before you inquire

Can support follow an implementation?

Yes. Support can be scoped around the delivered workflow, with the coverage and responsibilities agreed separately.

Can you support existing systems?

We first review the tools, access, documentation and support needs to confirm fit. The agreement then names what is covered.

Is this a security retainer?

It can include agreed IT or AI operations work. Security leadership and a recurring security program cadence are described in Security Advisory & Program Support.

Start with a conversation.

Tell us who the work is for, what you want to improve and your preferred timing. We will confirm fit and provide a scope-based quote, with deliverables, schedule and fees agreed before work begins.
