01 / Fit
When this is a useful next step
- You need a workshop, guest talk, staff-development session or connected course series.
- Your audience ranges from first-time learners to people ready for intermediate or technical practice.
- You want a course outline and practical learning evidence to review before booking.
02 / Delivery
How the work unfolds
Understand the audience
Agree on learning goals, starting skills, group size, accessibility, devices and the host's policies. Select a beginner, intermediate or progressive starting point.
Prepare the teaching plan
Choose relevant demonstrations, safe sample material and exercises. Share the proposed outline, learning checks and equipment needs with the host.
Teach with guided practice
Explain the concept, demonstrate it and give learners an opportunity to try it. Adapt the pace to the agreed audience and available session time.
Check learning and next steps
Use a short exercise, teach-back or project demonstration to assess the agreed outcomes. Provide references and a route to further practice.
We agree on the scope, responsibilities, schedule and completion criteria before starting. These steps are adapted to that agreement.
03 / Handoff
What you can put to use
Host-ready course outline
Audience, goals, proposed format, prerequisites, equipment and session topics for program review.
Instruction and learner materials
Agreed demonstrations, reusable exercises, reference sheets and practical next steps.
Learning check and handoff
An appropriate assessment or practice activity, plus agreed feedback to the host on the session and follow-on needs.
Your proposal identifies the included outputs, their format and the review or handoff session. Further implementation or support is agreed separately.
04 / Preparation
What we need from you
- Tell us who will attend, what they should be able to do afterward and their likely starting skills.
- Confirm room or remote-session arrangements, devices, internet, accounts and accessibility needs.
- Share presenter, procurement, safeguarding and instructor requirements before confirming a date.
Scope boundaries
Published agendas and durations are suggested plans. Fees, travel, preparation, repeat delivery and materials are agreed in the quote. Semester teaching depends on institutional eligibility and scheduling. Academic credit, vendor certification and institutional approval are not included unless separately verified and agreed.
05 / Illustrative scope
What an engagement could look like
This is a planning example, not a client result or a promise of outcomes.
Starting situation
A library wants adults to move from first AI questions to a useful, repeatable task.
Agreed work
Plan a progressive series covering foundations, guided practice, intermediate workflows and an applied project using non-sensitive examples.
Useful handoff
Learner exercises, a practical reference and a final demonstration suited to the audience. This is a sample program, not a past-client claim.
06 / Questions
Before you inquire
Can you teach learners with mixed experience?
We can use an intake or placement activity, offer optional challenge exercises and agree on pacing. A very wide skill range may be better served by separate sessions.
Can an institution hire Wire Hold as a provider?
Direct instruction and subcontract teaching can be discussed. The institution confirms its purchasing process, required qualifications and any agreement or screening requirements before booking.
Start with a conversation.
Tell us who the work is for, what you want to improve and your preferred timing. We will confirm fit and provide a scope-based quote, with deliverables, schedule and fees agreed before work begins.
